We provide full interior architecture and interior design services, developing spatial layouts, mood boards, technical drawings, electrical plans and specifications. Accuracy is ensured from concept to installation, creating considered interiors for residential and commercial projects across Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK.
Virtual Reality & Animation
Our 3D visualisation, Virtual Reality and animation services enable clients to walk through their interior spaces before construction begins. Seeing your space come to life before any purchase is a reassuring way to proceed with your design choices.
Procurement & Sourcing
We provide interior procurement and sourcing services, sourcing distinctive furniture, accessories and specialist pieces from both local and international markets. When required for a project, we source handmade rugs, kilims, fabrics and textiles from Iran, Turkiye, Afghanistan, India and Uzbekistan, as well as antiques and rare finds. Every item is carefully selected for its craftsmanship, character and suitability within the overall design

Curtains & Soft Furnishing
Our bespoke curtains and soft furnishings are manufactured in Northern Ireland and delivered across Ireland and the UK. Custom curtains, blinds, upholstery and cushions are developed in alignment with the overall interior scheme. Fabrics, trims and finishes are carefully selected with attention to scale, texture and durability. All pieces are made to measure and coordinated within the broader design context.
Styling & Staging
By styling homes with new finishes and chosen objects, we refresh the overall look and feel of each space. This cost-effective approach enhances the property’s appeal and sets the right mood throughout.
Bespoke Furniture & Upholstery
We collaborate with local furniture manufacturers in Belfast and across Northern Ireland to bring our bespoke furniture designs to life. Each piece is designed by DXP Living and carefully made by skilled local manufacturers to suit the proportions, style and requirements of each project. We also offer bespoke upholstery and reupholstery for existing furniture.
Our design process, tailored to your vision
1. Concept & Planning
Following the initial consultation, we develop the design for your residential or commercial project, preparing scaled layouts, material mood boards, technical drawings and electrical plans to clearly define the scope, character and direction of the space.
2. Visualization & Refinement
If required, we present residential and commercial interiors in immersive VR, allowing you to experience the space at true scale before key decisions are finalized. You can explore the layout, proportions, material finishes and key design elements, helping you understand how everything works together before orders are confirmed.
3. Coordination & Installation
We manage residential and commercial interior projects through to completion, coordinating on-site works, deliveries and installations in line with the approved design and documentation.
